the worst part is that some event-makers take these projectors as professional lasers and rent it for $20 a night from there local sound&light company.

Ive had this problem a number of times.

Just recently i was tiped by a friend to contact a event-maker that has outdoor Trance parties here in sweden. I Contacted him and gave him a really nice price as i know Outdoorers usually have a tight budget, but as he keeps these parties almoust every weekend i thought it could be worth it.

But he answered he allready had 2 lasers that they use. I had to ask what kind these where becouse i was interested to see if there was a new company or something (competitor).

He answered he had 2 fullcolored "Skytronic" laser boxes.

When God said “Let there be light” he surely must have meant perfectly coherent light.

I can't spend much money on it, so I opted for a RGP laser from a chinese manufacture. After many research I beleive I found a nice cost/benefit laser projector:

    Manufacture: Xinyulaser (http://www.xinyulaser.com/)
    Model: i.Rose 600mw
    Red: 300mw 635nm
    Green: 100mw 532nm
    Blue Violet: 200mw 405nm
    Scan angle: 60 degree
    PPS: 30000
    DMX: 16 Channels
    Attachment 17895
Wellcome to PL and don`t get scared away by all the "propellerheads". We all have to start somewhere, and I guess morst of us have owned/owns a cheap China projector. All of us (i recon) feel that it is money out the window, but at least we have been able to shoot some cheap beams for starters, and found out why it is cheap.

As for the specifications, I don`t quite get things to fall into place.

Red 635 300mw would be bright, but it does not say anything about the beam quality. I guess you will have a really fat red beam dominating.
Green 532 100mw sounds about right and it is hard to do something wery wrong besides TTL modulaton.
Blue 405 200mw is really not usable in this setup. 405 is almost invisible to the human eye, and will not do at all. Look for 445-450nm and you get better colorbalance.

Scanangle 60" is great, but with 30"pps its hard to beleive in that pricerange. Ask for pictures of ILDA testimage from actual projector. If you then post the pictures here, we can give you a lot of information based upon that picture alone.

I highly advise you to keep on reading this forum to get more information.
What is the primary purpose for having a projector?
Where are you going to use it?
    Is it safe?

You appear to have totally ignored the query of a seasoned laserist with his relevant questions re: the quality of your wares that your are touting on our beloved forum and are instead focusing on flogging your tat to a prospective mug/client.

Such is the way of disgusting rip off artists.
Are you one of those or are you an honourable retailer?

Thank you for your comments on our iRose600mW laser,
this model lasers was a model for years ago,
and why we use 405nm , we want the total effect not too blue.the whole laser effect will be very warm.

Now, this model has been stopped the production about two years,
as it seems the iRainbow(B445) model more attractive.
