Hey Fred, I'd wait for the next Flexmod to show up. I hear it's going to be pretty neat and be loaded with new features.

I am going on a trip for twoo weeks if the flex is not ready by then I am going to try one. They seem like a great driver for the 445.

I ordered a couple of die4drive's from Robin (http://www.die4laser.com/dvd-rec/Die4Drive.htm), and these works great for me

    Lightbulb

I have a few extra die4drives... or I have 2 dead reds and 2 "lower power" 405 modules that have die4drives and I am not using; so they can be scuttled for parts.

I can't find the specs on bandwidth for analog modulation or modulation depth. I use teamwavelenght drivers but they are limited to 500ma. They can do 10mhz analog....but they cost me 200.00 each. I'm moving over to the flexmod to see how that does. My only concern was the safety features before using 2600.00 diodes but now who cares at these prices.
