So does yours produce light when idle with the bias at 100?

My diode which i just finished installing in an O-Like housing does give off a faint blue beam using the Flexmod2 set at 100 bias when idle ... nice bright blue beam when not idle .. am running up around 750mA but cant really tell you what the mW of the beam is as i dont have a meter for that yet.

just to tie up the 2 threads, both DZ and Bill at Pangolin have suggested that a diode in series on the mod would hold back the residual voltage on the colour lines I'm seeing.
This will probably be the fix I go for
