Naa not important, the prism angles is where the majikness happens so go on and snuggle them up as close as you like

Also, is the distance from the 445 collimating lens to the first prism critical?
I really need to put the first prism as close to lens as possible.
My proposed setup below minus the prisms:

Left to right for slow axis correction (Increasing the diameter and decreasing divergence)
Right to left for fast axis correction (Decrease diameter and increase divergence)

My prisms arrived germany today.

Everything is fine.

So i can take my "Weizenbiergläser" back to the kitchen
Btw: the result was not to bad ! I usesd ordinary water and there was a loss of 25 %
