I'm after 2 Opnext HL6385DG 150mw
642 red diodes. I've been in touch with
Photonic Products but they have quiet a
Long lead time and they cost a but more than I
Had hoped. Any leads guys?

I have ordered some of these Opnext 642nm 150mW diodes. If somebody wants to get a few, send me a PM.
Prices are ok but not very cheap like the 445nm diodes at the moment
