Up for sale are some Trichros. Ive got a few of these.

Units being offered for sale look like this: Smudge in the top right corner is a fingerprint. Ran out of methanol to clean it. Sorry.



Bascally they can be used for this:



RGB In White out, or conversely White in RGB out. Or any combonation there in.

Heres a picture of the unit with RG in. Vary the intensity of green and you can get neat shades of yellow and orange if you ramp the green gain to about 1:1.5

I'm sorry but I don't think I can make one again, I made it at my work but not in my department, and it takes a lot of time so I have to make that "discreetly" without drawing the attention of the boss (it's not permitted to do that at work normally...)

The trichro is great, spec!.. Thanks alot.. I do wish that the outside was AR coated though. I'm going to talk to someone at lenscrafters and see if I can get them to coat it..

Once marconi's 170mw gets here, I'll really put this thing through it's paces. I'm going to grab some red/green dichros from an old intelligent light at work, and mount them to some solenoids I have laying around, and try to make a color picker. RED/GREEN/GOLD..
i wonder if I could use those g124's I have on a self to modulate the dirchros for a more analog color mixing effect.. I guess I'll try it..
