Default PBS combining 445nm with sled optics: GGW-H20L and GBW-H10N

Hey guys, after a thorough search of going through sled parts looking for a PBS that could combine two 445 lasers without too much loss, I've found a good option. The PBS/Reflector combination that is mounted vertically, pointing up to the red read lens in the GGW-H20L and GBW-H10N is just about right for the job. Pass the horizontally polarized beam off the internal reflector and through the PBS, and pass the vertically polarized beam straight in off the PBS and they appear to be combined with acceptable losses.

When you combine in this way, the lasers themselves need to be adjustable because rotating the PBS affects both beams.

Note the beam entering from the bottom looks skinnier because you're looking at it along the skinny axis.

Looking good DrLava, I thing I have a couple of the GGw sleds kicking around. This will give me something to play around with whilst trying to get my scanners repaired. What lenses are you using on the 445s?

    Cheers
