    Default First build

Started to put together an RGB PJ, still need to get in a green laser, a mirror and some dichro's. Whats scene is all mounted. Tired of taping holes. Should end up with 700mw of red (250mw of 635, 450mw of 660) upto 1w of 445nm, and 400mw on 532 (perhaps more if can afford it). Hopefully in the next couple of weeks this will be completed. I expect it to be a big upgrade over my current TTL RGB that only outputs 350mw total.

    Thumbs up nice!

Looking good so far! Damn, but that's a large baseplate!

Will it be at SELEM this year?

I just grabbed a 2'x2' piece, once everything is layed out and holes are tapped, i'll take it back down to the shop and put it on the break and make it to size. Then it will go off for powder coating. Then put it all back together. Thats the plan anyhow. The mirrors and dichros are on the way. Just need to get the green laser now.

New Updated layout! turns out the red dichro wouldn't pass blue it reflected nearly 90% so I needed to move blue last in line. I really like how the new layout turned out. Still need to add a green and then get everything dialed in.

The Lab supplys PCB replacement is on the way, then the green will be turned 90 and the back will be trimmed off the base plate. Was very happy with its scanning and was surprised how much richer the colors looked a 1w compared to my lower powered unit.

A quick video of it running, now looking into scaling down the size.

Using some 30K galvos from lasershowparts, was very happy with them considering the price.

I'm starting to wonder if you're just trying to tease me. If you are, it's working, and the video is pure torture....

    OK, last time:

WILL YOUR PROJECTOR BE COMING TO SELEM THIS YEAR?

Please? I'd really like to see it running in person... I'm sure everyone else would too!
