    yep as chris (badger) said.

on the red drivers you can connect/link drv to set to achieve CW and full power.

on the blue drivers this does not work. if you have nothing connected to drv or set then you will only get some power. if you connect/link drv and set you will blow the driver and diode.

what you need to do on the blue driver is connect 5v to drv and - to the gnd next to it.

this is where your problem is.

    here is the set up
1, power up the driver and set the r2 pot so the laser is just lasing
2, then apply 5v to the modulation input pins drv and gnd and adjust the r1 pot to the current you want, by checking it on the mon pins
then job done. after that apply what ever analog voltage between 0-5v you want
    no ttl

    Holy Sh!t! Right on !

I just blasted the beamstop with 800mW ... Now I completely understand what you were trying to explain to me. I found the instructions in the document hard to follow.

    Default die4drive

gald to hear your ok now

a thing to note with that driver is if you use it for more than a few minutes
its going to get warm ,so its best fitted to some form of a heatsink
with a small peice of thermal transfer sheet under it,
robin may have sent you a bit with the driver
also i think robins instructions are more of a guide to how it works than how to use it.
