Default WANTED: Switching Power Supply Repair ASAP

I'm looking for someone who can repair at least one or possibly 3 of these small switching power supplies I have for Thermotek chillers. They are not all that complicated from a standard switching PS but they do have some specialized polarity switching circuity and I don't want to reinvent the wheel to fix these chillers. Two of them pop the circuit breaker and one powers up but won't output.

If you have experience with switchers and are willing to look into it for me, I'd be willing to do cash or trade for goodies/services.

    Thanks in advance!
    Adam

Did you check the output FETs? Is this switching direct from rectified mains? If so, and the gate shot through, testing of the gate drive circuit and associated electronics is also necessary.

I repair many switchmode power supplies in my day job, but not without a schematic.

Does the PS 'pop the breaker', instantly when you turn it on? If-so, that looks like an 'MOV' I see in the pic (red, what looks like a ceramic cap) - you might wanna check those
    ...just a quick 'top-level' idea...
