Default My setup to combine 4 diodes.

A couple of monthts ago i decided to develop my own modules. During the development i learned a few lessons ( also very expencive ones) Due the development progress i developed a mount but it wasn,t that easy to adjust although it was stable. So i decided to design a new mount for knive edging (the second picture.) the main difference is that the adjustment for horizontal and vertical is separate. Dont look at the screws i ordered the right ones. But i also developed a wall with collimators that you can adjust. The collimators can be adjust to set at the right height. This way it its possible to set the collimators individualy at the right height.

The module that i,m developing is setup that can kniveedge 4 diodes in a 5.6mm can
The module that i developed for now isn,t going to be the final design so its just to give you an idea of which way i,m going and help you guys with developing you,re own modules. Everything is made in a professional metalshop so i think its quite a challenge to build something like this. Hopefullly it helps you guys to improve you,re own modules

PS nice collimator you have in your setup, looking at the blue color it got a very high end red AR coating.

Nice work Edison! It'll be sweet to see it powered up and running.

I like that design!, looks like it would make it very easy to adjust a quad/ knife edge setup.
you should build a few and sell em!

Its not the final design. I made quite a design change. To be hounest its also a little bit to show how my mount can be used. You can see that it can go closer to the diode and when adjusting you can have the mirror placed and still move the mount back and forth and secure it because the feet is in the back and not in the front.

I have two duals and two 4 setups. If someone,s interested in this prototype let me know. I can do a groupbuy if there is enough interest. I need money to finish the final design

The lens is the one from Laser4U.

Daniel, The thread is M9x0.5. That,s why i could test several lenses in my own collimator

I have my own tool to make the fine thread but the metalshop did these.
