hmmm, always found 3D printers fascinating to watch, but I'm not sure what I'd use one for unless it can make super-durable objects.
Does the recommended Acer projector need to be modded in any way, or does it throw out enough UV as-is?
It should be straightforward enough to move the phosphor wheel out of the way in the A130, but I don't think anyone has bypassed it electronically yet (maybe @krazer has?).
That way, you'd get the 445nm light direct from the laser array for a huge part of each frame.
I also never tried bypassing the Red Phlatlight, but you can probably leave it in place for this application.
@HegerTechnik - are you looking to modify the A130 in some way to improve 3D-printing performance?
