WTB 200mW-ish 532nm lab laser with analog modulation

I am looking for a 200mW-ish (100mW to 300mW) 532nm lab laser that has analog modulation. I do NOT want it if it ONLY has TTL modulation.

does it need to be FDA certified? Where are you located? do you have a budget in mind? are you looking for new/used? for light show use? lab use?

No it does not need to be FDA certified. I live in Maine, USA. I am looking for as cheap as possible. Under $300 would be nice, but I'd prefer under $250 or $200 if that's possible. I don't mind if it's used as long as it is still up to spec and is still in nice condition. I will be using it in laser show.
