Default Interest in a module kit using prisms?

    Hey guys.

Simon Pit8ull and myself are currently working on a high quality kit yo use his anamorphic prisms and a high quality lens.

At this stage I am aiming to get a proper machined housing, and other machined bits such as my diode mounting blocks, and a new type of micro mirror mount i have designed to be extremely stable..

The design will incorporate a TEC into the module, and we are intending on having the beam height match the bigger Laser-wave or CNI lasers.

I still have a little bit of CAD work to do, but I will post some renderings shortly

Well this is where I am at at the moment. It will be a dual, but there is a chance of stacking 3 diodes to make a triple.

Still got to do a lot of work on the casing, hopefully over the weekend Ill get it knocked off.

Looks good Dave! Especially if its also possible to stack 3 beams (for the 638nm)

Will there also be a cover to make it a sealed module? There are some waste beams when passing thru the prism pair and I don't want them shooting all over my projector

Aren't the mirror mounts the wrong way?

Or are you doing something funky with your "micro mirror mount"
