WTB: Green lab laser 100-250mw

I am looking to buy a green laser power out should be between 100-250mw.
I dont need a driver, i can build one if needed.
I am not to picky, or if you know a site that can get good prices a link would be nice to.
I am also willing to take a normal pen pointer with this power level and convert it into a lab style laser.
So if you have a pen style pointer with this power or similar i would take that as well.
Also any advice on making lab style lasers would be very appreciated.

hey thanks just letting you know you can buy a 200mw green laser from rayfos for around 90$.
its a good deal as they average from what i have read around 212mw.
But even still fro a few extra $$ i can get a 150mw with an average of 200mw of green for 130$.
most places had similar prices but they had a 40$ shipping cost so it kinda killed it.
Wish i could have gotten one used,
