better is our 405nm PBS not 473nm
405nm is >95% reflection and >90% transimission at 445nm, not good but ok for 445nm using.
    Best regards!

Perhaps an idea of PRICE and a SOURCE location might be useful here pls.

Yeah.. good luck with that. Most manufacturers don't talk about pricing in public. I think the logic is "If you have to ask, you can't afford it"... or something like that (of course, PBS cubes shouldn't be TOO expensive..). I'm not a fan either but getting them to post prices is like pulling teeth. Really. You're better off going with the people KGB suggested. Those distributors are always good enough to post most of their prices right on their websites so we can tell just what we're going to be out. It's always seemed to me like many companies just assume western folks are loaded to the gills and therefore cost is no matter. If you want to see how the rest of the world views the west, follow this link: http://globalrichlist.com/. Guaranteed to put things in perspective.

generally speaking...Chinese stuff 50 or so dollars

american stuff - 200 or more dollars (not necessarly better mind you)

few to none are making the perfect notch cubes, you use what you can get close.

    Good info!

I guess I will go with the 405 PBS from CT Lasers for now, and upgrade
later. Still looking forward to p1t8ull's broadband PBS though, I hope its like the edmund, but cheaper...
