    Cool SELEM 2010 Show List

The idea with this thread is to post a list of shows you're offering and/or hope to see at this year's SELEM.
Specifiying the show type and system might make it a bit easier for organizers to come up with a game plan.

This is NOT just for Pangolin users -
if you have shows made for other systems, lets see 'em!!!

Here are my offerings (DZ may have some of these as well):

    For Pangolin QM2000;
these are all SECURE graphics shows (Mike Dunn / First Light Laser) and require my controller:

    Pink Foyd:
    • One of These Days
    • Learning to Fly
    • Comfortably Numb
    • High Hopes
    • Brain Damage / Eclipse
    U2:
    • Desire
    • One
    • Vertigo
    Others:
    • Santana - Smooth
    • Collective Soul - Heavy
    • Jimmy Hendrix - Purple Haze
    • Jimmy Hendrix - Are You Experienced
    • Metallica - Enter Sandman
    • And a few Mannheim Steamroller Christmas shows, if anyone wants to experience Christmas in August....

    Laser Warning

I have a few beam shows for the QM2000

    Battle for Honor and Humanity
    City of Groove
    Life In Technicolor
    High Roller
    Obscured by Clouds
    Hip Hug Her

I would also like to see some of teh "canned" shows on the QM but we'll figure those out later.

In addition to Allthat's fine shows, I'll add to some of the usual "must see" beamers:

    • Buffo's "Above"
    • 300Evil's "Crazy Train"
    • Again
    • Gradient Moby
    • Standing in Motion
    • Star Wars
    And some "must see" graphics:
    • Tom Sawyer
    • Rhythm is a Dancer
    • Revelation
    • DZ's Pink Floyd collection
    This could get interesting.......

No promises guys, but I'm working on a few all-new multi-projector beam-shows for SELEM. If I get them done in time, we should be able to have some real fun with them.

    Time... Always need more time!

Also, I want to see some of Carmangary's shows. He's got one to "It's Time to Start" by Blue Man Group that I definitely want to see again, and there were a couple others that I remember from last year that I'd like to see too.

Finally, I still have my Mamba Black dongle, so I've got some cool Mamba shows that I'd like to run. (Mostly beam-shows, but since Clandestiny will be there I might have to break out my very first graphics show, and run the "Diamond Girl" show for him since he likes it so much - even though it's cheezy as hell.)

I <3 the "Melody" show, dunno why, but I can watch it over and over again lol

also if anyone has a cool beam show that they think the mobolazers would work with PM me so I can add the DMX stuff to the shows... I already got aarons multiprojector shows and am working on adding DMX frames to a few

I don't write shows. I just write the software. But, I do have a bunch of Spaghetti shows that I am happy to show, though. A laserist in Germany wrote one to the Pirates of the Carribean song that I would like to show.

I like the possibilities this list is starting to present!!!

One suggestion for planning purposes, if I may -

I haven't seen too many graphics shows that look that good with multiple projectors playing the same graphics. Since many of the beam shows will be pretty complex in the planning and pre-show prep requirements, let's keep the graphics shows simple, with a single projector playing the show.

Maybe then, even Allthat can take a breather and kick back to enjoy some shows!!

I think Tom Sawyer would look good from more than one projector.
