    Hi
    Im Eduardo from Mexico
Im learning a lot from all of you Thanks.
But this is my first sandwitch. (sorry laser PJ)
A lot of errors I now, but working.
First Plexiglas is not good for this.
Second my dicros was from a color weel.
And the rest I let the experts criticise this to learn for my second Lunch Box AKA PJ

Interesting setup you have there, very unique

I wouldn't image plexiglass would make a very good heatsink, but it's nice and compact.

    Cheers,
    Dan

    Thanks Dan
No is not a good heatsink, that's one of my problems but I run the PJ open and just the bottom gets a little warmer regarding the small fan (dont fit one larger).

    Cheers,
    Eduardo

What lasers do you use, and do they all fit on those tiny catweasle mirrors ?

Be careful not not spill too much laserpower over the mirrors, you can confuse the position sensors that are right behind the mirors.

    Good eye bart.

    And yes they are spilling.
    200mW 660nm not ok
    60mW 532nm oK
    150mW 445nm oh oh...
And at the aperture are making
    135R,45G and 106B mW.

I put a pin hole black plate before the cats and still have some distort in some graphics.
(the ones that have lots of colors).
But for scanners that already dead and put back to live I don't expect to much

So I have to make another PJ with better things I now.But$$.
Right now I just buy two good AL plates 3/8" thick, 12"x12" and starting over.
And I try to fit it in a PC enclosure.
    Cheers,
    Eduardo

Not a Pelican but close, is a otterbox. But look more like a lunch box isn't?
The compact idea, and to protect the content. I say I have to try and stuff everything in it.
BTW flecom I see your pictures of your PJ And that's awesome
2 Blues and 3 Reds wow.
