Spooky Goings On!!
Hope this doesn't freak you too much Hobbybob but I couldn't resist playing back your video at 50% to get a better look at the beams when I found a spooky face in amongst the beam show, somewhere around 43 secs at 50% speed!!
At an initial glance it looks a bit like a phantom of the opera type mask shape but look closer and you can see a nose and maybe a mouth!

I've seen spooky faces in the fog loads of times.
