Default A couple of Pango shows for your viewing pleasure

Just thought you might want a bit of laser porn to help you through the week

For all you new guys on the forum, this is one of many reasons why the Pangolin QM2000 System is worth every penny, these are just a small selection of the shows come free with it...

    Enjoy!!!!

Unfortunately I will only be there for the Friday and possibly the Sunday if I am awake... I have a big show on the Saturday (all nighter)... If I don't turn up at least one day, Rob will kill me

Look forward to catching up, been a while now...

    Hey Mark,
Nice vids- they look great! Hey, you mind me asking what camera & settings you used? My Canon elph just hasn't been cutting it lately.
    Thanks, Mike

    Very nice Mark.

Just a question, what power levels were you running for the video?

Some of the fans looked a little bit weaker in colour than I was expecting from such a heavy weight projector so I'm guessing you had the power turned down to save the camera. Was just wondering at what level?

Hey Mike, filmed it with a Panasonic TZ4 with its default settings, so nothing fancy

The laser was running full power around 2 watts, hence the fact I was not in front of it

Just goes to show, you can never trust a camera to give an accurate representation of laser power... Added to the fact that I had a window open which was letting most of the fog out of the room, had to keep adding more fog which is not ideal. You really want the fog to settle into to a fine mist, but by the time it got to that stage it was out the window...

Looks like the camera just wasn't quite sensitive enough.

BTW sure you already know this, but I had great success at home with a fan behind the laser / smoke machine but blowing across a couple of feet behind it and parallel to the rear of the projector rather than over it.

I found I got an ultra fine even mist with this technique as you can see in the smooth fans I got from the Laserworld projector I had in my damo video. Made a very average low power projector look quite good.

I've tried to capture a still here but it doesn't do the eveness of the particles justice:

I have LD2000, but I don't remember those 2 shows. I don't have music for all the included shows yet. I just wondered what the names of the shows were so I could find the music.
