I was negotiating with Jenoptik in January on their big whitelights...

Their standard prices are foul and have a 6 month lead time,
but they also sell used units 85,000 Eur for a single channel
and 105,000 Eur for a dual channel unit with a 6 month warranty.

Their laser raster scan laser TV is actually just a pangolin board
hooked up to standard scanheads. The interesting thing is that
the Jenoptik systems uses a NDF to eliminate the classic laser
speckle that would detract from raster scanning.

All in all, a very nice unit that would pay for itself in a year if you
    performed 10-12 gigs...

Jenoptik quoted me 138,000 Euro back in 2004 for a single channel white light 10 watt new projector. Whoa, nice but unless I win a lottery :-)
