Just wanted to update what I said above following a conversation with Alexey today.
Apparently you cannot save all of the information to .LDS from a frame created in QS as the .LDS format doesn't accomodate it due to differences in the way that QS works with frames.
So although .LDS saving is possible, its probably best to stick to QFM, QSYN otherwise some vital information may be lost.
