Amazing story, thanks for sharing. I had horrible visualisation of those poor guys that died to LOX. I bet they didn't feel a thing. All too quick. Nasty.

It scares me to think the next nuke to go off could be a "simple" accident like this. Damn. I am off to Singapore in 3 weeks, glad it is still there.
