Default WTB/WTT/WTF(ind) : dead OPNEXT diodes

    Hi all,

In order to try some things out, I'm searching for dead 642nm opnext diodes

I'm into something I think, and if you burned an opnext, please contact me!

Laser Warning Ok what is going on...?

    Hi,
I am looking for a couple GOOD Opnext 642 nm SLM diodes. What would you want blown ones for? Do you have some insightfull information about these diodes to share? Can they really provide stable SLM at 100 mW output or higher? Lifetime? Thanks, PHIL 142laser

PS Who has one or two new Opnext diodes to sell at cost or slightly above? (813) 974-2378

    Hi Phil

They are capable of SLM at 100-ish mW I know, and are great for ECDL setups as the stripe is really narrow, but I have no more details

I can do something with those diodes if they are blown by a quick discharge, yes

But as it is a first experience I did, I need a couple more dead diodes to validate the process
