    Evening All!
    Was trying to take some promo shots with a mates camera the other day, failed. But did get this,which IMO, is rather beuatiful. Should anyone wish to add any other cool shots please do so!

    Since my thread didn't catch on, I will move to yours

    An Avia Thor 15w 355nm laser which was destroyed in shipping, and turned into a Frankenstein laser putting out ~50w

    The large diameter holes are from my Ho:YAG head, which works pretty well on electrical tape

    Also can burn through ATX power supplies, this picture is taken from the non-laser side, of the sparks that came out the back.

    ooooh, very nice!
    I'm looking for a small YAG to do material processing on my cnc machine, mainly engraving of metal (al & fe) and maybe some cutting of thin sheet or pcb copper. Any tips on what to look for/surplus stuff to sell?
