    hi, I've been reviewing that data too. 653.8 and 660 are less than 1% apart, which falls well within the 1.5% measurement error that Hobbybob and I had recently with the same method. The excel sheet helps to estimate measurement error.

    It may be a 660 diode after all, but it wouldn't hurt to test this diode again!
