1.6w turned down for H&S reasons I believe.

What was the name of the guy on the KVANT stand? He said he was on this forum. Sorry for my ignorance, newbie and all that!

Ah cheers mate!
We did have a discussion and I showed him a quick clip of my RGB lasers in action but the KVANT lasers made mine look like washed out!
We went back just as PLASA was closing and asked one of the guys to put a unit on full power so we could see a comparison. As he was doing this the H&S guy came round, all was sweet as my mate recognised him as they were on the same H&S course a few years back!

Nice lasers, nice size and a great price!

Not sure what his name was but this guy was cool!
I was expecting a bit of confrontation (as some people are real jobsworths!) but this guy just nodded and said no problem.

My mate who he knew runs a 2.7w green for displays so I guess the H&S guy knew we weren't there just to get a kick/ thrill!
