    EDIT:

    I discovered you can change the decimal places, overly simple hence the reason I overlooked it

    When you set the scale you can adjust the measurement readout scale

    It would seem that an LC1050 would be an amplifier option....quick and dirty the resolution of the meter's decimal position is something that would be nice to be self-switchable though....flip between high and low power readings....

    Could you explain more about the LC1050 - google doesn't come up with anything useful!

    Nice and promsing, esp when they support I2C.

    But the meaning of the last figure, "VARIOUS OPERATING MODES", escapes me ;-(

    Though I can guess what the correct drawing should look like.

    Oooh, I want one! I used the amp on the Coherent schematic also used in the "Kenometer" first found over at LPF.
