    Default Phoenix show controller

Hi guys I am new to the Forum, does anyone have a any views on Phoenix showcontroller software??
I will be using 1 x 2100mwRGB and a 500mw RGBV from laserworld on this software, just in the early stages and not finding it easy.

    Hey there

I'm also using Phoenix Showcontroller V2, as I know it is for pre-programmed shows. Live function is a bit though in Realtime.exe compared to others.

as far as I know, there isnt alot of people using this product, I know that phoenix is similair as LDS, sharing the same code. although they goes with their own support.

if the controller has PT-ITRUST as label i use I-Show to control it together with the i-show usb to ilda controller card.

    Default Phoenix

Thank's guys, its Phoenix V3 Pro at the moment may go to Plus once I have the hang of it,
I had the Laserworld showeditor 2010 first quite easy to run prep programed shows but very complicated to design your own shows [ for me anyway].
I find the laserworld equipment very good and very well built, each laser having it's own seperate power supply, open the lid and it looks well laid out and built to run for long hours.

    Cheers

ok so the next question is what type of shows are you doing sit down performances synced with music ( like a planetarium type show ) or live concert/rave /night club type of event

if your doing more live stuff like clubs then you may want to look into a phoenix live license

but either way i may be of help getting you started

Default Access rights problem? and No laser showing up in the hardware check.

I recently purchased the latest version of Phoenix Live Show
controller (3.25) from LEP laser on ebay (Norman in sales). I have read the manual, followed the provided directions, and have just installed the software with the
correct operations for installing the usb dongle and then the output
card with the device drivers. It says that they have been installed
correctly. When I click on the Phoenix "Live" button on the start up
screen. A small window opens multiple times that says "ACCESS RIGHTS
PROBLEM". Phoenix Live eventually opens but the screen is
semi-transparent, is not formatted correctly, and most of the buttons,
icons, and levels don't click or work.
Another problem, when I click the "hardware check" button on the
start-up screen there is no status or devices in the device list when
the 400 RGB ILDA laser projector (hardware) is connected into the
    phoenix usb interface dongle.
I have tried another computer and another 150 mW Green ILDA laser and
    the same problem happens.
I am working a show with phoenix live and these lasers this weekend. I
need immediate support and to solve this problem now. I have worked
with the phoenix live demo version and know that screen and software
    do not appear formatted correctly.
    Can anyone help me?

    Thank you,

    Michael
