Well, actually it's around 20KHz. But of course we're talking about the EM spectrum here, so yeah - that's still really darned low. (Like 10 orders of magnitude lower than visible light!)
But if it were sound waves, then 15,000 meter waves would correspond to a note at .02 Hertz. That's not sound, that's wind!
