What a hell of a nice module Dave. I'm tempted to buy two pieces now, to replace the inadapted ones I planned to use first

Another pic to tempt you Seb Ill build one up tomorrow to check everything works, but its all looking like it will be assembling a lego kit at the moment

Will need to get some cap head screws to go with the kit as well.

Arg that's really nice engineering!! All is adjustable, I like
Just to be sure, it's going to be a knife edge combining? So is the mount for the mirror also adjustable, like a micro mirror mount?

It is adjustable, Ill shoot you a PM explaining how to adjust it- Its a little more difficult to adjust, but once you have it locked in position, it is not going anywhere.

Would it be possible to add a 40x40mm TEC under the plate which holds the diode's mounts? Or would the height be too high...

Its designed for a TEC, if no TEC is used, then you will need to use a aluminium spacer that is 4mm in height. Or a 4mm high TEC

    I thought this TEC looked nice - digikey part number 102-1677-ND. Its a 30w TEC, 8.6V 6A

I cannot wait to receive mine!! Thanks Dave (and Simon )

Out of interest, how hot do you think these can run without a TEC? Would 700mW per diode be ok do you think?
