drlava,
nice work as usual.
Cheers, Ian
Ian,
I'm trying your next.
Dr.Lava,
Here is a pic of yours scanning. I like it!
Thank you
Chris
That's really not-so-great looking there. Are you sure your scanners are tuned for that speed and scan angle. You might want to take a photo of the ILDA test pattern scanning at that speed and post it.
I have to agree with Andrew about these not being what they should. The outline design Andrew should scan really cleanly. He tweaked it beyond my skill level. He has 1007 points and 30FPS when I plug it into SOS.
I'm not sure what is going on either. Sorry to put you guys through all of this. It will be good enough for this Saturdays show. I will look into to it further after the show. Thanks again.
Here are some pics of test frames running in SOS. I did have to adjust the optimization settings in the preview window to get them looking like this. They look very different in Spaghetti.
Chris
How do the ild logo files look in SOS?
No. The point of test frames is that they should be run without optimizations. Turn off data reduce and turn off optimize settings. You can do this by un-checking 'preview processing'.
We are trying to determine the health of your scanners using the test frame. Yes, the software can optimize a test frame so it looks perfect, but that defeats the purpose of the test.
