I pick this up this morning at a yard sale for a $1.00, I belive it to be hardware for a Spectrum analizer, Thats just an educated guess, not realy shure.
Sorry about the pic's viewing order, should have done a layout first before uploading!

WHAT I SEE AS COMPONETS ARE:
    1) optical pre amp pcb.
    2) parabolic mirror.
    3) CCD with wavelength filters mounted on CCD.
    4) variuos lens and optical masks.
    5) and what looks like flash boat on the out side arm which has a collemater lens.
Anybody have a clue to what this is?

Nice concave mirror; assuming it is not scratched. That's all I got though; no idea what it is.

I typed in all the components you listed below into the internet and this popped up:

Optical scanner for reading and decoding one- and two-dimensional symbologies at variable depths of field

    Does this help?

i doubt it is a heat sink it is probably thick for mechanical stability

But i do know what it is...it is another piece of useless hardware valued at about $1.00 that you will need to find a space in your garage to store it (JK of course)

I could tell you, but ..
Instead of having to kill you, however since the cold war is over, these days they just enter 3 divorce settlements in your name and you meet your 3 lovely ex wives and 9 new kids who need child support.

Depending on how you wish to look at it, Either its aluminum scrap or a parallel spectrometer of sorts for quality control, each fiber is a wave band.

    No further information is available.

I should have rented the space under my name for advertising.
