Laser Warning nRGB nano whightlight laser

I Have been planning on doing this for a long time but for various reasons I haven't gotten around to it. Recently an opportunity presented itself and I finally got it made.

This is just a test fit so things are not in the final position and it is not working just yet. Need to hunt down some screws tomorrow.

    It is:
    ~130mw Green
    ~250mw Red LOC
    ~Up to a watt of 445.
    3 flexmods.
I think It probably would come in at ~500 mw or so balanced. We will see.

    Thanks!
It is a normal dicro mixing setup.

    Code:
    G-----/-------=* white beam
          |
    R-----/ Dicro
          |
    B-----/ HR

hrmm, I guess I just dont get how those mounts are working... cant see the dicrhos?

also wouldn't it make more sense to have the red first, green in the middle, and blue last?

I don't have the dicros glued yet. The order was dictated by what dicros I could get quickly. The dicros attach to the my nano mounts at a 45deg angle.
These are prototypes and If I decide to make more I can change things around a little.

Looks pretty much finished to me! excellent job

I was going to say that having the lid screws beneath could be a PITA if the nono mounts needed a tweak, but a few holes or removable plate in the front of the cover would sort that out - if it was even an issue.

    Inspiring work sir!

very very cool chad! i have a near identical project nearing completion and seeing this is freakin cool, i am using a different beam path though for an even smaller footprint.

    great work though, +1
