Default Sled (LPC-815, SF-AW210, PHR-803T, GBW-H10L) as donor: what inside?

Can someone write here what optic/lasers are inside of sleds?

    Some info from LPF forum:

LPC-815 Contains LOC laser diode, capable of 250mW of red. It also contains a 780nm laser diode capable of 100mW.

PHR-803T Contains 405nm laser diode good for 100mW+. Actual sled contains optics capable of beam combining for a RGB white laser.

GBW-H10L This is the 4X blu-ray burner sled that contains a 405nm laser diode capable of 150mW, a 650nm LCC diode capable of 250mW, and a 780nm diode capable of 100mW.

SF-AW210 These contain 405nm laser diodes good for about 170mW (or so I've read). These also contain a SOC red laser diode good for about 150mW-200mW and a 780nm laser diode capable of 100mW. I can't get these as cheap as AMK did from his group buy, but I'll still offer these here because these are still much cheaper than what the stores offer.

Who can add information about other models?

    good luck with that!

250mw max for a decent life span, the two in my projector running at 250mw are at about 100 hours now

Attached is the same for SF-AW210. I haven't put it on my website yet; I think it should be somewhere in the Sam's Laser FAQ, though (OMG, I think this is the very first time when I used semicolon in a sentence! :P ) I also have a BH08LS20 sled and I'm going to make a diagram like this for that one too.

The LPC LOC diode has been shown to run reliably at no more than ~420mA.

That's about 300mw. I've had one running at 312mw for about a year now. Just keep them cooled, and they live long happy lives! I believe at least 575mw is very reasonable to expect from a PBS dual setup which is well heat sinked.

    fair enoguh.

when ive run them at 300mw they only lasted a few hours, they are only rated at 130mw.

Well something I forgot to mention from before, would be that I run mine CW. I've never run one modulated. Perhaps that has something to do with it?

No. Modulation enhances lifespan in diode lasers.

    If done properly!

Voltage overshoot and undershoot will ledify them not instantly but eventually.
