Default 20x dvd diode (lpc-815): max current for > 100 hour lifespan?

I looked at the power graphs for the lpc-815 diode. Most of the time it appears to be kink free up to ~420mA. Unfortunately these graphs tell one nothing about the lifespan of the part at a given power output. From what little information I could glean most of these diodes do not survive longer than 24 hours > 400mA. The manufacturers spec is for no more than 200mA.. however this is not CW but pulsed duty cycle.

My guess is no more than 125-150mA of current for > 100 hour lifespan. (meaning 50-80 mW power output).

Does anyone have any experience with this?

I can easily get 250mW from the LPC-815 diode. There's plenty of info on this and other forums relating to this diode. Have a search and see!
