at a good price ? opnex hl33133dg 170mw 636nm
might be worth a look if somone can get the price down, i made a proto enquiry several months ago and they were just over £200 ea

in germany they are available at the beginning of december again.
I asked for a price of >25 diodes (group buy). Best price I got was 155 Euro incl. vat.
Next price drop is above 100 diodes.
