    which is the best color the 660 or the 650?

    depends on what your definition of "best" is?

    color? beam quality? divergence? brightness?

    If you are going between 650 and 660... 660 should give you a better beam and that is what I would go with. If you have the extra cash go 640 as it is about twice as bright and has almost the same beam specs.
