    Default Couldn't agree more..

I'll add my thanks and apprecitaion for Martin having just purchased a 2.1w rgb. Excellent service and a very good deal. As a bonus the laser was actually measured at 2.2w.

    Thumbs up

The customer service is great with Martin too...

I had huge problems with my (home built) RGBB going out of line all the time. After about a year of trying different fixes, i opened up the kvant red and found the problem. Despite it being out of warranty and my having opened it up, Martin got it replaced with a new design and I was only charged labour... This was all done in time for my next show, so big thanks to Martin and the guys at Kvant...

Ha ha, yes, turned my back for five minutes and he vandalised it

To be fair, he had given it a spa treatment and had a go at fixing the red... So I let the sticker stay

What was the nature of the problem you found?

The beam was moving around, so I would line the RGBB up, let it cool down and it would be out of allignment... In fact, I could actually watch it drift out of allignment over the course of a gig... After a lot of troubleshooting we found loose optics in the red laser, Rob fixed the loose optic, but something was still moving...

Now Martin and Kvant have replaced it, all of my allignment issues are a thing of the past...
