Can Some One HELP Cant get trace it to work or quick trace Need Some Logos Traced !!`

for some reason i cant get trace it to even open and Quick Trace doesent like what its seeing. I am running out of time and could use some help happy to compinsate for the help.! these are needed ASAP. they are logos that should be simple but after updating quckshow something is not happy and i am no longer able to do it. I am using DT-40 scanners. i can send a file via-email of the Logos. if you can help please email me and illl forward the files to you Shawnbeaulieu3@yahoo.com Again i know time is money and i am happy to pay for the help.

i did the new release2.0 Im not sure if its the update or if i did something to freak it all ut everything works fine EXCEPT my ability to trace. (the one BIG thing i need right now lol)

It's the firmware update that "broke" the old apps.

stuks yah i loaded those and i get a diagreement of firmware fromthose and quickshow trace it wants to see 7.12 and quickshow will only load in 7.1

Have you tried the v273 pre-release for QS 2.0?

If you still can't update the firmware after that, it might be time to drop an e-mail direct to Pangolin.

Other things you might want to try (yeah, I'm reaching here!):

* Re-seat the memory card
* Re-seat or try different USB cable
* Temporarily disable antivirus software before trying the firmware update.

Have you tried turning it off and on again.
