Default Professional folded powdercoated steel housing

We will have these back from the powdercoating on Monday

Pictures pretty much tell the story. These are a professional enclosure - A lot of thought has gone into these. Pretty sure there would be no problem getting a variance using these

Close to sealed optical section, with room underneath for heatsinks.
Separate electronics section, with ( not shown ) aluminium plate to mount bits on
Recessed rear panel with DMX, ILDA and indicator cutouts ( a board will be made to suit - just working on it now )
    ( not pictured ) C arm

Price we will be asking is $450AUD ( ex GST if applicable ) for the enclosure not including the 10mm base plate ( I think the costs saved shipping a baseplate will allow it to be purchased at the other end )

Rough dimensions ( off the top of my head )

    case size: 350mm ( wide ) x 500mm ( deep ) x 130mm ( high )

    Optical section: around 300mm ( wide ) x 300mm ( deep ) x 80 or 90mm ( high )

Hi Dave, how are these going? A few questions for you.

Just curious as to what exactly is included.

    Optics base? How thick?
    Connector PCB?
    Beam window?
    Mounting bracket?

I am slightly interested, if all that above comes included it would make my life easier (and my projector will be mostly "Dave supplied parts".

PS, instead of gloss/semi gloss powder coat, why don't you use a wrinkle finish? Much less prone to finger marks and scratched show up much less. I have used Dulux "Mannex Black" before, it is really nice. Check out the end of this document. http://www.dulux.com.au/media/604802..._single_fa.pdf

    Cheers.

    Wayne.

    Hey,

The box is designed for a 10mm base plate, although for that price the 10mm plate s not included. The mounting bracket is included, but thats about it.. I'm working on a interface board, but again, that wont be included..
