    Question Laser Alighnment

Does anyone know of some good sites or advice on alighning your laser.
i finally got all the parts to my projector and assembled it but i am having trouble figuring out which way to turn the screws on the adjusters that hold the dichros, how far away to put the diodes from the dichros, or the mirrors, etc.
i searched on the forum but i didn't see any post on what i was looking for.
if i over looked it, and you want to bitch about me asking a question, just pass on by my threat, and don't bother to answer it.
thanks for any help and God bless.

I had a hell of time time with laser alignment until I read the Stan Wax doc. Granted I read it about 8 times before I fully understood the process. Since then I've aligned several times with no problems.

    Hi Rob,

Thanks for your excellent guide. I will put this to good use.

Do you have any tips regarding the height alignment of laser modules and galvos?

    Cheers,

    Wayne.

idealy they should all be the same height and have the same exit angle... thats why I put all my lasers on all threads... so I aligned the height of the laser coming out of the aperture using the set of all threads near the aperture, and then aligned the beams of all the lasers 10 feet away using the rear threads, so they were all coming out at the same angle/height

Ok, got it. Do you have a pic of your setup?
