    Nice work Mr. Con...
Will make pictures of my box too, i filed by hand...
I thought of the greenly punch, they are waaaay to overpriced.
Found some at RS still costing 160 euro's, but then the thickness of the ally musn't be too thich else the punch breaks !

What i did was first drilling all the holes and then filing it to size. I left some small room around the connector so the plug fits on them.
Furthermore i found a nice plastic connector for the power (so is not connected electrically to the case...) works perfectly...

I left some space as well, i have now 1x in, 5 times out, but can upgrade to 7 outputs ;-) for now 5 will be enough (just hahaha).

Looking forward to the assembled box, excellent work as always Andy.
I love seeing the mill gets taken for good use !
    I didn't fail !
I just found out 10,000 ways that didn't work.

Dan, weren't you and Rob going to have some mounting plates made up for these?

I think thats probably the best solution, people can still choose their enclosure then, just make a cutout of relevant size and rivet/screw/bolt in place

    Looks good to me!
Just needs a hanging bracket / G clamp ....so it will sit on a truss.....that way if you need to 'hang it high' with projectors there is reduced strain on the connections...

Looks like a prefab box. Did you just mill the holes for the connectors? It's easy to mess up those holes so I think it looks good.
