Default JDSU argon 2111B-20SLE and 2110P-20SL

    Hi to all,

does by any chance, anybody got the schematics of the power supplies for the following lasers?

    1 POWER SUPPLY
    MODEL 2111B-20SLE
    200-220V/230-240V
    CURRENT 13A 50/60 Hz.

    2 POWER SUPPLY
    MODEL 2110P-20SL
    Input 100-240V
    20A 50/60HZ

A friend is a tech in a medical equipment firm, he has come across these and they are in need of repairs, but no schematics came with them and there is no archive at his workplace, as these are not the standard types of lasers they work with

so, either he gets them fixed, or he starts looking for new ones, complete head and power supplies (any suggestion on where to find new would also be wellcome)

    thanks a lot!

Someone should have a digital copy of the manual. I don't believe it has complete schematics, but it may still be enough to get them working. Is he sure that the PSU is dead and that it's not the tube?

I've got the full version somewhere...
It's got snippits of how bits of the different regulators and whatnot work; a start, but not full schematics.

Sorted! I used to have a copy of the manual in digital format, along with several other manuals and schematics ... accidentally deleted that folder.

Have you still got that JDSU system Dan? Was it SL or ML?

    Cheers,

    Adam

If you're not doing anything go for it, but I have a paper copy now anyway ... and to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if the digital copies were still buried under thousands upon thousands of e-mails.

Forgot all about that, I'll have a look and see ...

National Laser does repairs. No one has ever found a schematic of a JDSU, they just are not so dumb as to let them out. There are some hints in their patents.
