I think the guy looks waaaay too much like John Travolta. And that's not someone you want to be compared to when you're begging for money for Wikipedia...

Andy: The banner at the top of the page is a satirical stab at the banner ads that popped up on Wikipedia a while back. Though now you can click the big x in the corner, and they'll go away forever, for a while that dude's ugly face was staring at you from the top of every page on Wikipedia that you visited. It got a little annoying after a while, thus Spec's playful take on it above.
