Heh, ok - these 'beasties' are pretty tolerant of V, between 205 and 240V AC - 'ideal', long-term, is right smack-at 208V, but they'll happily hum-along on 215 - 220V, if that's all ya got - but, deffo 3Ø. Oh, 20A - 40A, max, so, they'll be quite happy on a 50A service. Also, these tubes can-be run with a modified 1Ø 'switcher', ie: a modded 909 or Lex88 supply, but that type of 'conversion' werk will run you ~ $2-2.5K, so....
Water: a paltry 2.2-2.5 gpm, 40-60 psi, max - any 'typical' hose-bib / utility-tub, will-do... 1/2" I.D. line or better: golden; 1/4" I.D. sink / faucet-feeder, not so much...
..But, you can run these, full-bore, off a nice 'DIY'd heat-exchanger, made from ~4x 'Lytron' air-waters, a good PD-1 pump, and a small res.-tank, ie:
...as long-as you can keep your 'ambient-intake', ~75-80˚ - in a hot club-enviro (90-95˚ plus..) you'd have to run it lower-current, to keep 'er happy...
