O.k. so maybe I'm just really being stupid or don't simply know enough about the software yet.

I'm trying to figure out how to play Steve's shows. I understand they're in ILDA format. I have: LD2000, LivePro, and Quickshow. I've been able to get an ILDA file to open in LD2000 and can scroll through the various frames but, how exactly does one "play" them with music as a show? I can't seem to open them with LivePro and haven't yet tried Quickshow since that's on a different PC. I'm reading about people playing them with Spaghetti and obviously Showeditor but, I don't want to keep buying a bunch of software programs for each different show I stumble across. I have that problem with Moncha 2.1. I've got a few really nice shows someone created in that program but can't export them to anything Pangolin will recognize.

Just feeling a little stupid here....

Check the time of the associated music file (e.g. 4' 23")
    Open up Showtime 2000.
Frame List > File > Open Frame File > Select the .ild file.
Effect List > Select Animate Only.
Drag the first frame from the Frame List onto the time line to start at 0' 00"
Drag the end of that event to the time of the music track (e.g. 4' 23")
Open Multimedia Player > Select Audio > Select the associated music track.
    Play All.

If some shows have 2 ild files you can load the second one up in Frame List and add that to the second track, stretching it to the same length as the first.
    e.g. file0.ild contains 2,000 frames.
    file1.ild contains 3,000 frames.
Make sure that you load frames 1 - 2000 onto Track 1 (stretching to the right time span) and then select frame 2001, drag that to Track 2 and stretch that to the right time span.
The separate .ild files should be recognised as belonging to a set so they should load into the timeline as a bundle.
If not then just ensure that the start frame of Track 1 is frame 1 and the end frame of Track 1 is frame 2000
The start frame of Track 2 will be frame 2001 and the end frame of Track 2 will be frame 5000

    Default A new entry...

    Thanks for kudos...
    I don't deserve so much...

    There's a new entry.
It's a "my way" remix of a famous 80's song.
I used Cool Edit 2000 to remix two original tracks (I apologize in advance for low quality of sound...)
    ftp://ftp.photonlexicon.com/Laser%20...Go%20remix.rar
Show needs a good scanner speed (at least 20-25 Kpps)

Free to all PL members and mates!
    Enjoy!
