Default What a setup for scanner blanking looks like...

I was tuning a 3-axis XYI scanhead this weekend, and since I
had mentioned a few things about it earlier, I figured I'd take
a couple pics of the beampath to show what a properly tuned
    system looks like...

In this configuration, the beam is coming in from the right...

The goal is to steer the beam such that when it blanks, it shoots off the tip
of the blanking scanner right before it gets to the scanner pair....

A cute artsy version of above... The closer you get the blank/unblanked lines
together, the better the analog control you will have is... But leave some
    slop for shifting optics...

The scanhead recased... we also milled out our cute logo through the anno.

    nice pictures

Thanx for sharing this to us other ppl out here

Ah I think i maybe understand why the laser is on the outside !?
A easy way to do it is just place in inside and the system take less place

But with the alser outside, it must be easy to replace it with bigger one, red one, blue one, white.... :?:

I think i get more and more knowledge in laser-system this days.....

    Heh, you caught it

If you look closely at that last image, you'll also see 2 holes underneath
the beam input... That's designed to hold the fiberfeed OC (output coupler)
    block.

In fact, the very same unit you see on this pic of my old scanhead system.
