    this thread is to show Dan that i do actually use my mill to make parts and not just drill holes with it!

    Looking good! I doubt you will be happy with flex mounts made from aluminum.

    I see. From the pictures it looks like its made to be adjustable via a flexure joint.

    I envy your handywork man. Looking forward seeing blue light coming out....
    I would be proud if i were able to turn out such a nice baseplate when i have my cnc up'n running...really !

    lets not get to hung up on these mirror mounts, its not important. ive had one in a projector for about 2 months ands it very solid.
