Can admin replace the rarely used "modifications" with a "New and No Money" catagory?
It would put the common answers in the right spot for easier finding. As searching does not seem to be done.

Given that "sub-boards" right now are being used as an exclusion parameter instead of an organizational thing... no. This would give more people *another* thing to choose to gloss over instead of participate.
That aside; practically speaking the two terms you present are synonymous.
